<description>Where is more info on the development of the Brazilian mortgage market?

My wife is dual Brazil/US citizen and we are interested in investment in Fortaleza, but 3 year plan through a developer seems to be the best deal. She does have a home and land in Piaui that was paid for in cash, but we&#039;d something nicer in Fortaleza area, but don&#039;t have enough cash.

There are now mortgages available through the constructors in Fortaleza - several offering 100 months to pay some shorter and some even longer than that.
